A 7-Week Interactive Program to Help You Explore the Connection Between Mindfulness and Healthy Living and Turning Stress and Anxiety into Growth and Resilience Using Tools Such as Mindfulness, Gratitude, Positive Psychology, and Successful Living. 

The 21 mindfulness exercises in this course offer practical guidance for anyone who wants to realize the benefits of mindfulness and meditation and as a tool to help those faced with stress or anxiety.

Mindfulness is an evidence-based method for reducing stress, enhancing resilience, and maintaining mental well-being. Even a 5-minute mindfulness meditation can help you turn your day around shifting your focus from those things that aggravate and annoy you to those things that calm you and bring you a sense of peace. 

Each of the 21 mindfulness exercises in this course builds upon the last, with most practices only taking 5 minutes or so to do. As you progress through the course, the exercises grow with you, building on previous lessons to develop a transformative mindfulness practice. With practices designed for specific situations or emotions, even experienced practitioners will have a continuing resource for mindfulness at every moment.

  5. Module 5: The Healing Power of Letting Go and Practicing Forgiveness: Lotus Flower Meditation, Forgiveness Practice, and Practicing the Pause.
  6. Module 6: Living in Peace, Joy, and Balance With Mindfulness: The Practice of Letting Go, Simple Mindfulness Meditation, and Creating Balance.
  7. Module 7: Rising Above it All Through Resilience and Transformation: Creating a Sanctuary of Stillness, Separating Yourself from Anxious Thoughts, and Phoenix Rising from the Ashes.

Finding HOPE was initially created as a tool for the author, a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher and psychology professor, to help her cope with severe anxiety and ongoing life challenges she was having trouble managing in a healthy way.
